I bought our Bengal cat, Sheba, from someone 7 years ago when she was 10 months old. Sheba does not get along well with our small dog (a papillion). I must admit, our dog torments Sheba by chasing her and trying to play with her. Sheba has hissed at our dog repeatedly and we are afraid she will eventually bite our dog. I believe Sheba would get along better with larger dogs. Our papillion is close to the same size as Sheba. Sheba's favorite food is Fancy Feast Beef Feast in Gravy GRILLED. We give her 2 of the 3 oz cans daily. Very inexpensive. We also leave a bowl of higher quality dry food out for her to nibble on. Sheba loves to be ... I really hate to give Sheba up for adoption, but I am going back to work full time and am worried about leaving these two home alone together all day! (Less)

lnteresting Bengal Trivia Low-Cost Virginia Spay & Neuter Clinics
The Bengal is descended from the wild Asian Leopard Cat crossed with domesticated cats. Interest in hybridizing domestic cats with wild cats to produce breeds such as the Bengal was first piqued due to widespread problems with feline leukemia to which wild cats seemed to be immune. Bengal Cats are unrelated to Bengal Tigers.
