Yali, our Snow Bengal, has found a new home. We are so excited for her. Now, she will have two human little sisters and a feline brother. No dogs! She will be the happiest girl in town. The lovely family called on Friday and picked her up today. They have another cat and understand how to help her become a new family member. We gave them her cat tree and all her belongings. Thanks to everyone who reached out to adopt her. We had emails from five different families from all over the USA willing to come ger her. Her new family is just thirty minutes from our home! Thank you to Rescue Me for being such a wonderful place to help families and furry friends find their match.

Suri and her favorite cat toy, Baloo have joined our family. Such sweet, gentle sweethearts! Ron and I are thrilled to share space with them. Thank you 'Rescue Me' for making this possible! Jeanne will surely miss their chirps, mews and blood-curdling YOWLS! Looking forward to years of interesting companionship.

I added my Bengal cat to the Rescue Me site, and I immediately received a phone call.. My cat was adopted the next day by the sweetest woman ever who was not only sensitive to my love for my cat but also to the cat's needs. She was even willing to keep me posted on his acclimation to his new home. I'm so thankful for Rescue Me! I will be able to get updates on my boy! I am forever grateful for Angela and Rescue Me. Thank you!

Charlie has found his 'forever home' thanks for the tremendous response at Rescue Me! My very grateful thanks to this site, which proved invaluable in locating just the right loving family for my Bengal rescue cat. We had well over a dozen folks and families inquire about him, but their schedules/lifestyles weren't a good match for Charlie's needs, nor would he have been a good match for the type cat they were looking to welcome into their homes. But, the perfect family has contacted us, and Charlie is traveling to his new family in just a few days! They are very excited while awaiting their 'Mr. Personality/Mr. Sassy-pants' boy, and I am extremely thankful for this match, for the family as well as for Charlie, a truly outstanding abandoned kitty. Thanks SO MUCH, Rescue Mefor your site and the ease with which I was able to post Charlie's photo and info. I'll be a regular donor to you, to help other desperate and deserving kitties find their loving homes.

Max finally found his forever home. Max was rescued after being a stray and fending for himself on the streets. All of our attempts to find an owner failed. Max found love, compassion, food and shelter in our home for a year. All the while that Max has been posted on Rescue Me he was the most inquired about foster we had. Out of all those inquires, Max finally found the forever, home he has been waiting for all this time. He gave his approval by rolling all over the rug on his visit, rubbing against everything and showing affection of his excitement with his tail and weaving in and out legs and feet as to say, 'THANK YOU!' You know it's a great feeling to get approval and thanks from your fosters when entering into a new home. It's always a blessing to know that you have helped a rescue find their place in a loving forever home. I do hope the family will post in the days to come their rescue adoption story. I am always thankful that Rescue Me is available to help so many animals find homes. Thank you Rescue Me and Jeff Gold for all you do. Mad Max thanks you too!

Thank You Rescue Me for helping me find a forever home for my Bengal, Chloe. I never dreamed that I would not keep her forever until I rescued two adult cats and they didn't get along. Chloe eventually found another home in my neighborhood until that person could no longer take care of her. So I found Rescue Me and posted her. I've had a few people contact me but not until the last contact did I feel like its a good match. I'm so sad that I couldn't keep her, but I know that she's going to a great home where she can be herself and get love when she wants it. Her new home has dogs (Chloe loves dogs), no cats and property to do what she wants. Thanks Again, Rescue Me!

I was bawling my eyes out thinking how lonely the house was without a cat. The phone then rang and it was Anne with the Bengle cat that her daughter had. Her daughter was unable to take care of the cat. As we Live in Fort Meyers, and the cat was located in Orlando, I dragged my husband out of church and told him we were heading to Orlando. We were up in Orlando by early afternoon, leaving shortly with our new found friend. We named her Luna. After a week of getting adjusted to each other we are now one happy household. Luna usually sleeps under the covers half the night and somewhere else at her choosing. She is a talker and I love her and we are so very happy to have her! Thank you, Rescue Me!

I'm so impressed by the terrific response my urgent post received from the Bengal rescue community. Thanks to Rescue Me and the network of people who use it and the associated Facebook page, I was quickly able to place a sweet but at-risk pregnant Bengal mix stray in a good home. I even found a potential backup adopter and interest in her kittens! I am tremendously grateful.

I had two Bengals that I, sadly, had to re-home. I posted them on Rescue Me! I had many many calls, texts and emails from folks interested in adopting them, some as far away as N.Y.C. I chose a suitable adopter in Florida in case it wasn't a good fit they could be returned to me. So far they are adjusting and though I am missing them terribly. I know they have a caring, loving new home. I would most definitely recommend this site and I thank you so much.

My wife and I found ourselves in the incredibly difficult position of having to find a new home for our five year old male Snow Bengal, Apollo. He was a very high-anxiety cat, and the experience of being around other cats in our house (we had five total) was causing him to urinate outside the box. We worked with a vet and a cat behaviorist for over a year to try to remedy the situation, but in the end, we all agreed that it would be best for Apollo if he could be in a home where he was the only cat. I posted Apollo's story on Rescue Me five days ago and got many great replies. He's such a beautiful boy, I'm not surprised at how much interest there was. After speaking with one of the families on the phone a few days ago, they came to meet him today. Apollo almost immediately took to their five year old son, and I think he has found a new lifelong buddy! The new family took Apollo home today and have been texting me pictures with how well he is adjusting so far. Thank you so much to Jeff and Rescue Me for the smooth and great experience here!

We got pictures from the new owners. Kitty and family could not be happier! So are we! We just wanted her to be happy, safe and warm.

I couldn't be happier that my sweet Bengal cat found a new home via Rescue Me! I wound up going with the first person who contacted me about her but I was pleased to receive at least a dozen applicants. I have since heard from Dolores's adoptive family. It's working out at their end, too. Thank you so much! I love Dolores but she was stressed by my other cats, so I'm extra happy to have found a home for her where she has a better opportunity to thrive.

A very special thanks to Rescue Me for helping me to re-home my precious cat, Buttercup. I bought Buttercup from a premier breeder while newly married, but after my divorce, this poor kitty was left home alone for the majority a day, which I felt was no way for a cat as sweet, loving and wonderful as Buttercup to live. She deserves love, attention, and to be played with and pet. Knowing I no longer had the environment to give her the love and affection she so craved and deserved, I set out to re-home her. Thanks to this site I was able to meet a lot of interested prospective homes and really match her with an incredibly wonderful and loving family. Thank you so much Rescue Me! You've given my cat even more love and happiness, which in turn makes my heart feel whole.

Thank you Rescue Me for providing a platform to find animals forever homes. I had so many responses to my post and was able to find Taj the best home possible. It was a sad experience to have to give him up, but at the end of the day it's what is best for the animals. He is going to a home with children and other pets with an owner who does volunteer animal rescue work as well. He's going to have a long love-filled life, and he wouldn't have found this home if it hadn't been for this organization. Thanks again, Rescue Me!

I was stalling on putting my beautiful Stella up for adoption. But I have twins coming in two weeks and a two year old. I knew she would not get the attention she deserved, but I was still holding on to hope. A few people recommended this site, and I posted her on here last night. I had four inquires in the morning. She got picked less than 24 hours of the post! WOW! I am extremely sad to see her go, but her new owner was so sweet. You can tell she loved her the minute she met her.      I recently had to re-home a Bengal that I rescued because she was attacking the other rescued Bengal. I got many inquiries, even without a picture (I didn't know how to post one). I found Su-Su the perfect home with a wonderful woman who had had a Bengal before, so she knew the breed. She had the ideal situation for Su-Su, and I know Su-Su will be much happier there. The entire process, from posting to adoption, took about two weeks. The site is well set up, and I had no trouble using it. The picture thing was my problem, not theirs. Thank you, Wanda, for giving Su-Su a new home, and thank you, Rescue Me, for helping me get the word out.

Rescue Me is such a wonderful avenue to find 'the perfect person/family' for your pet. Artie had to leave his senior parents and after posting on Tuesday, he went to his new home on Saturday. Yes, four days after posting, I had five very nice people inquire about Artie and found the purrfect home for him. She is a Bengal lover such as myself and the joy on her face when she came to meet him and both myself and his senior parents agreed...This indeed is a story 'with a very happy ending'. Best of all, he is about two hours away and his former parents can visit when in the area. His new mom sent me a picture on Sunday (the day after he went home), relaxing after a restful night. Thank you Rescue Me for being there. I would like to ask that everyone who visits this site make a monetary donation to help keep the site running. No matter how small or large, every penny counts.

Through this site, I was about to find someone who was not only looking for a cat but for Bengals specifically because they do have unique quirks.      I was very anxious trying to find a forever home for Elliot and Olivia, brother and sister Bengals who are approximately 10 years of age. When I posted on this site, I started receiving inquiries faster than I anticipated. I was very pleased with not only the amount of inquiries, but also the obvious love and concern showed by Rescue Me but also those looking to rescue. Within two weeks, I found a forever home and immediately knew that Elliot and Olivia would be loved and well taken care of. I am truly grateful for Rescue Me and I know Elliot and Olivia are as well!

Maryann is a beautiful, sweet cat that kept escaping from her previous owner. According to her vet's notes, she was gone for three weeks once, and had a bite wound from (who knows what?). She was trapped twice (twice!) in the same corporate area, and the nice women who rescued her, Barbara and Ilona, after returning her to the previous owner the first time, finally got her to agree to give her up. She was posted on Rescue Me, and I was fortunate enough to be able to adopt her. She's still on medications for the various 'bugs' she picked up during her wanderings. She's already putting on weight, and I'm sure she's feeling better. She now has a forever home, where she will be loved, and she will be staying INSIDE!

I adopted Prince Andrew, a silver Bengal cat off of this site. I feel sorry for the girl I adopted him from as she seems to live in the vicinity of a hoarder who the police won't stop and she's inundated with cats, whom she provides veterinary care for, at great expense to her. I have another Bengal I adopted through Rescue Me this year and I am looking for a few more cats to adopt.

Louie is a four year Bengal that has spent almost half of his life in foster care, for no good reason. He is sweet as they come, but just didn't get along with the multiple other cats his prior foster home, He was getting bullied and then he was separated. He was adopted twice and returned once because he was placed with another male cat that didn't like him, and once for just being a Bengal - active, playful, needing love and attention. When he was returned, his prior foster home had no room, so I took him and quickly learned what a great cat Louie is and that he so deserved to have a forever home! Today he got one!! Finally, through Rescue Me, Louie has found a loving forever home! And quickly! This is a wonderful resource that has helped me re home several rescue Bengals now, and I am very thankful for this site.

I had followed the Bengal Rescue Me site for several years since we have been 'serial' Bengal adopters/caretakers since 2000. Knowing the breed well, I needed to find CJ a home where he would be the center of attention. Within two days of posting CJ my worst fears came true, how to pick between several potential adopters who all seemed to be great. We had CJ meet his ultimate adopters and he took to them immediately so that made that part of the choice easy. I can't say thank you enough to Jeff and the site he's created. Anyone who has been around Bengals recognize them as very unique breeds and a breed that will let you know if they need something. In my case it was more attention and I am grateful to the adopters who I know will spoil CJ rotten.

Missy started as a foster kitty that her owner decided to give up. We loved and cared for her nearly a year, hoping she would fit in our little family, only to sadly accept that our older Maine Coon couldn't share our small space with her. After searching for the perfect forever family on our own with no luck, the Animal Coalition referred us to Rescue Me and within a couple of days after posting her picture and story, a couple of families contacted us. After speaking with both families in depth, we felt like one family in particular would be a perfect fit. They asked all the right questions, had done an enormous amount of due diligence on the breed and BONUS, they live near the beach and have a large screened in porch 'catified' just for her! I couldn't be happier with the experience with Rescue Me and will forever refer people to this site to adopt Bengals. Thank you so much for providing this service for people.

Thunderbird is a Bengal cat we adopted in 2012. My husband got him as a surprise for me, as he remembered how much I admired the two Bengal cats a friend of ours had many years ago. Things went okay at first, as Thunderbird got along fine with the cats who were already with us. However, any cats we adopted after Thunderbird was established with us, Thunderbird harassed by chasing them and wrestling with them, to the point that we had to keep him sequestered from the other cats. Things did not improve, so we decided to re-home him. We tried googling for Bengal adoption sites, and 'Rescue Me' came up on the browser. I had heard of 'Rescue Me' so I decided to try it. We got replies within a few days, first from local people, then from people out of state. We were lucky enough to connect with the first person who had contacted us, and took him to their house. They live in the same city as we do, not far away, which I felt better about. Thunderbird seemed rather shy, but he let himself be petted by the people-a couple and their three children. They also have a dog and two (I think) cats, with whom Thunderbird did not seem perturbed nor did they, upon seeing each other. The people kept him on a trial basis for a week, then decided to give the trial another week, and just today told us that they have decided to keep him. I am really happy about that, because now Thunderbird will have lots of people to love him, and God willing, will continue to be happy with his new family. Thank you, Rescue Me, for your help in re-homing Thunderbird!

Wow! Rescue Me is certainly an efficient way to put a loving pet up for adoption. I found a home for the little Bengal girl I was fostering in one day. I took your advice on using their vet as a reference, what a great idea. All the people who refused to give me that information were taken off my list. I am extremely happy with the choice I made.      I am so thankful to Rescue Me. I was skeptical that I would be able to find a loving, caring adoptive family for my healthy 14 year old Bengal. Even though he was older, he still acts like a kitten and needed more space and some other cats play with because I travel so much. However, I was pleasantly surprised that within a few weeks I was contacted by two families wanting to adopt my cat. We corresponded via email to see if it would be a good match and then set up a time with one family to meet in person. My husband and I were thrilled with the family when we met with them and relieved that we had finally found our cat the loving and caring home we hoped for thanks to Rescue Me.

Isis moved to her forever home last week after almost two years in foster being healed and rehabilitated after five or six years of hell in the clutches of an unethical breeder. Her adopter was the perfect combination of a person who has experience with Bengals and with special needs pets and who currently had no pets. (Isis needs 100% attention 100% of the time.) This wonderful adopter actually fulfilled every requirement. Isis traveled 42 miles to get to her new home (difficult for her), and yet she bounded out of the carrier and immediately got to work surveying the new digs. The day after the move, the adopter reported that she was eating well, using the litter box, staking out all the best spots to sit, talking up a storm and receiving pits. Mission accomplished! Thank you, Rescue Me.

Pasha and Roxie have found a new home. We had three inquiries over one week. This last one filled the bill. He was prepared to drive for five hours over snow/slush. He has all their toys, beds, extra food. We are very sad to see them go, but it had become impossible with our three year old Jack Russell who has disturbed them a great deal. Roxie's neurotic trichotillomania resolved while the dog was with a friend and we were on vacation. That was the last straw. Rescue Me worked. Thank You.

I'm really grateful for the existence of Rescue Me! My 'senior' Bengal (although she was always a kitten to me) was starting to get stressed out over repeated moves (three times over the last year). I needed to find a stable home for her, with someone who understood the Bengal personality. I tried other avenues, including hiring a 'rehoming professional' (a scam, save yourself the trouble). The beauty of Rescue Me is that it attracts true enthusiasts, people with the knowledge and experience, who are genuinely interested in adopting animals that need to find a new home. My experience with other avenues was you'd get a lot of people interested in the idea of a Bengal, with no clue of what they're signing up for. Every response I got through Rescue Me was kind, thoughtful, and heartwarming. My little girl is placed with the perfect person, and I'm sure they will enjoy each other's company.

I developed a liking to Bengals, and I didn't want to obtain from a breeder. Saba was the only rescue Bengal in my state, and I was lucky enough to become his new forever home! The folks I got him from through Rescue Me loved him very much and were very nice. It finally worked out that they could bring him to my house. We thought he'd take many weeks to adapt to me and the new environment. Well 15 minutes into the visit, he came when I called him, and he was aggressively affectionate with me. I'm honored to be his new dad. I have no illusions of what it means to own a Bengal, and I love that we already have a great thing going! We are very happy, and I am thankful for this Rescue Me organization for bringing us together!

When an overseas move forced a military family to surrender their beloved Bengal cats, Rescue Me helped to find new 'parents' and a forever home. This service is easy to use, allows wide coverage of the pets available for adoption, and helps to connect pets who need a home to people who will love them.

I had a lot of emails asking about Tiki. I actually have his brother too and decided to place his brother with him so they would be happy in a new home. A sweet lady is taking them. They are going to the new owner tomorrow. This is a great way to find homes for your pets. I would use Rescue Me! again if I ever needed to place another animal.

I'm sure she will be loved and happy, the person who adopted her is very much an animal lover and has promised to send pictures and texts. She also said we could come and visit. I'm very happy for this as it was very hard for me to give her up. Thanks again for being the founder of such a wonderful site. Sincerely, Fran Matthews

Lily just went home to her new family. Typically she is very shy at first around visitors, and will cry a bit, but when her new 'Poppa' came today, she was very quiet and sweet, and went up to him a couple of times to 'sniff'. We are so proud of her! We are grateful for Rescue Me! and know she will be happy with her new family.

Benny was adopted by a gentleman that is familiar with Bengals, and able to accept that Benny is a very active cat. He is an F7 Bengal and even has Bengal spots in his mouth that darken with age. Benny will be happier now going to a home with only a small dog, and an outdoor private play area with climbing toys to express his high energy level. Thank you to Steve for adopting my mini wild cat. Kathy

We were so happy to stumble upon Rescue Me! during an internet search looking for rescue Bengals. Our furry family member, Mystic or Kitty as she preferred to be called passed away at 17 in August of this year. She had found my husband as a stray kitten late one night on the street and always preferred to be the queen of our dwelling, so no other pets would be tolerated by her. It took me more than a month to get used to the idea of getting any new cats as we loved Kitty so much for so long, but my husband was definitely not as happy without a furry friend around the house... I checked Rescue Me! as I had dutifully for a month or more and there was a beautiful litter of Bengal mix kittens. Born to a feral mommy, they were being lovingly cared for by Debbie Fields and her husband. With four cats of their own they were looking for homes for the kittens. After lots of emails and a phone call or two, we were thrilled to hear a very patient Debbie say they had picked us for Bella or Bella Bean as she had nicknamed her. She is a gorgeous, super smart, agile, leopard spotted girl and such a sweet lap cat. She endured the five hour drive back, and adapted to her new name of Calypso in no time. She and her new playmate, a rescue who is tiger striped and named Little Torch for an orange spot on her forehead, get along so well. They both love to play, cuddle together and cuddle, play and talk with my husband and I as well. We have so many to thank for making our family complete once again: Jeff Gold for this wonderful website connecting so many, Debbie Fields for giving Bella/Calypso such a great start to a long and happy indoor cat life and I believe even our Mystic/Kitty for helping us choose so wisely from her new home in cat heaven. Thank you, thank you! We recommend this site to all who ask about our new family members.

For many, many years we have rescued stray cats and cats from shelters. We have loved them all. In this year alone, we have lost two. Both were very ill. Our hearts were heavy for a long time. We did not think we would ever recover from these losses. For years, I had always told my husband that if anything ever happened to our cats, I would like to adopt a cat that liked to travel in vehicles, walked on a harness with a leash and was healthy. Quite a bit to ask for. One day, I was looking on Florida's Rescue Me! page. I had decided it was probably too soon, but what would it hurt to look? I thought it might not cost much to fly to Florida some day. We are currently residing in another country, which is why I checked the Florida site (closest state in the U.S. near us). There was Kuki with those big eyes and sweet expression. I struggled with myself for a few minutes. Did I want another cat so soon? Something else caught my eye. It was the write-up by John. It was a long story of his love for Kuki and all the positive things about him. At that point, I decided that maybe I should just give it a chance and contact John. Well, this was the best decision I could have made. Now, John and Kuki will be flying from Central to South America tonight, and our dreams will have come true! Kuki is very smart, he loves to go for rides (bus or taxi), he goes for walks on a harness and leash, loves water, fears nothing and no one. He is welcoming to other cats, people and dogs and has been (and still is) John's best friend. Now he will also be ours. John's love for cats equals our love for cats. He has been wanting to travel for over a year, however, when he and Kuki met, this changed things for more than a year. He was dedicated to caring for Kuki. He finally decided to see if he might find someone who would love Kuki as much as he does. Emails and phone calls transpired. John found we were a good fit for Kuki. John can travel now, and we will have gained two lifetime friends, John and Kuki. My heart is full of joy and anticipation for their arrival. Kuki will have a wonderful, loving and safe home with us. He will be our family. Our prayers have been answered!

Rescue Me is a wonderful resource. Both of our Bengal kittens were adopted within one week of posting. All of our kittens are rescued. I believe it helps a great deal to make an effort to identify the predominate breed of each one and include a picture. People who have had a specific breed could easily fall in love with a rescued, mixed breed kitten once they browse the postings.

We adopted Luke after seeing him listed on Rescue Me! and Facebook. At first we weren't sure things would work out because the cat we currently had wasn't happy with us when we brought Luke home, but after a week or so they began to get along. Use of the site was great, super easy, and had good information on Bengals. If we ever find that we have a cat to adopt out, I'm sure we'll use this site.

I love my Bengal Baby Chopper, and never dreamed I could own a cat this beautiful for free. Adopting him really helped take my mind off my dog that had passed away. His previous owner was very honest about his sinus injury as a kitten. I can live with the symptoms. This cat has the best temperament and plays with my little dog. He gets rave reviews wherever I take him due to his beauty! And his big eyes make me laugh. He has already added so much joy to my life. I hope he has a lifetime of fun and a good life here. Thank you for providing Rescue Me!

After checking multiple rescue groups and Craigslist, I found my Bengal on Rescue Me! Leo is a beautiful animal, and I could not be more pleased with him. I have only had him about five days and he is getting use to his new family and surroundings. He has already stolen my heart. My thanks to Rescue Me's Bengal Rescue, you rock!

Rescue Me! helped me so much to get through one of the hardest times of my life - giving up my 'child' - a four year old male Bengal cat. I owe Rescue Me! a huge debt of gratitude. I had posted a family member's Bengal cat for adoption via this website over a year ago and was inundated with calls and e-mails from caring, compassionate people who were looking to adopt him. He was adopted by a wonderful family, who has since given him a wonderful life. My Bengal was very unhappy with my current situation - I am working two jobs, and have had a series of health problems arise which have left me unable to devote the time and energy to him that this breed requires. As I live alone, I was the main source of entertainment for him, and with the time restraints I faced, I couldn't make the situation better for him, no matter how hard I tried. He seemed to miss his previously-adopted Bengal 'buddy' (my family member's cat) and was very bored and frustrated. When I decided to post my Bengal through this website, I recalled that I had spoken with a very kind, caring woman who had responded to the post for my family member's cat over a year ago from this site. I called her all this time later, and she responded with the news that her daughter had a Bengal who needed a buddy, too. They took my beloved Bengal home and he has since become 'their' beloved Bengal. He now has a Bengal buddy, a dog buddy, and an entire family to keep him entertained and constantly doted upon. In other words, he has the life that he deserves now, all because of Rescue Me! Thank you from the bottom of my heart - you helped me re-home two wonderful Bengals who both now have happy lives because of you.

Wow! Just Wow! I posted Razi on Rescue Me! and got a call that evening... the family interested has a granddaughter that has the same birthday as Razi and the granddaughter wanted a cat for her present. They were told that Bengal cats were the best cats ever and they typed in Bengal rescue. Everything just fell right into place and she went home with them yesterday. It was a sad day for us but also happy just knowing the family will love her as much as we do and treat her like the Queen she is. I can't believe it only took one day! I got a total of five people interested in her so I will tell everyone I know that this Rescue Me! site is awesome for helping pets find homes, and for finding pets! Thanks for providing such a wonderful service!
